Our core-plus and income strategies target the acquisition of cash-yielding, stabilized essential real estate assets in North America and Europe that are critical to the supply chain, such as grocery, healthcare assets, and affiliated warehouses and logistics centers.

Our in-house development team has a history of global development deals and works across all asset classes. Our capabilities span the entire spectrum of residential and commercial development, including ground-up and repositioning opportunities.
